The Memphis Carnival celebrated its distinguished King and Queen Boll Weevils. Attendees thoroughly enjoyed the festivities and had a truly great time throughout the event. In Memphis, “Boll Weevil” is also the name of the Secret Order of Boll Weevils, a humorous secret society founded in 1966 by Carnival Memphis.
